OUR SERVICES
INTERNAL EVALUATION CAPACITY BUILDING
Build long-term capacity within foundation and staff
Many organizations are able to dedicate a percentage of staff time to evaluation efforts, but staff may not have the experience, direction, or confidence to lead such efforts. Let us help build your organization's capacity to authentically engage in evaluation in service to equity and justice.
EXTERNAL / INDEPENDENT EVALUATION
Design, implementation, and disseminiation
Evaluation efforts conducted by independent, external evaluators aid to minimize bias and partiality, while creating space for critical inquiry and discourse. Whether following pre approved plans, suggesting actionable modifications, or fully designing evaluation efforts, we are poised to support your evaluation efforts in policy or programing aimed to achieve equity.
EVALUATION CONCEPTUALIZATION
The ideal time to engage us is when your team is exploring new programming or policy. It is during these conversations that we can suggest optimal evaluation strategies, relevant datasets or data collection opportunities, and identify ongoing program improvement opportunities that can be partnered with evaluation efforts.
Aligning evaluation to programatic vision
GRANT WRITING
Comprehensive and inclusive content
We are experienced in writing research methods and evaluation sections for a variety of funding sources including philanthropic organizations and federal government funding streams. Ideally this work would stem from inclusion in conceptualization conversations, but we are flexible and adaptable to ensure these sections offer quality, comprehensive, and complete content for review.

Our team has secured over $6 million dollars for our organizational partners through our grant writing efforts.
GRANT COORDINATION
Ensuring clarity, completion, and timeliness
We can dedicate time to ensuring all documents, content, and information is provided in response to Requests for Proposals, Notice of Funding Opportunities, and grant applications. Ideally an application would include collaborative evaluation content and resources upon funding award.
COMMUNITY & STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Psychologically safe spaces for inclusion
The foundation to equitable evaluation is incorporating the values, perspectives, expertise, and wisdom of community and stakeholders. This requires honest, authentic, reflective, and humble conversations to identify strengths and opportunities for programatic improvement. Our team can help you identify and engage your critical stakeholders to optimize equity in research, evaluation, and strategic planning.
